My name is Dr. Alexandra Smithmixter.

If you have been referred by a friend, family member, or colleague, chances are that you've already gleaned from conversations with them that I am passionate about the work that I do. My coaching practice is an engaging and proactive process focused on partnering with remarkable, high-performing individuals to help them to unlock their potential and optimize their performance. I have the tremendous honor of working with bright, beautiful minds from all over the world, collaborating with leaders who are seeking to create positive changes in their own lives, in the lives of those they live and work with, and in the world around them.

I offer executive coaching, leadership development, personal growth, and organizational wellness through one-on-one coaching, experiential growth groups, and team experiences. ​

I support individuals and executive teams that are seeking to increase happiness, well-being, self-awareness, collaborative potential, efficiency, resilience, intellectual bandwidth, productivity, presentation and presence, work/life satisfaction, and flow-based focus while simultaneously deepening professional relationships, expanding insight-based perspective, and safeguarding against burnout.

In the spirit of honesty, I should share with you that my practice is very full. Joining my practice will mean hanging out on my waiting list while we are waiting for a recurring appointment in my schedule to open up.
